Palacsinta with Sweet Cheese Filling Preparation

Whip ricotta. Add sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, eggs & mix well. Spoon filling into palacsintas. Roll up & place side by side in buttered baking dish. Bake 325 for 20 minutes. Serve warm, sprinkle with sugar & pass preserves. File ftp://ftp.idiscover.co.uk/pub/food/mealmaster/recipes/mmkah001.zip
