Original recipe makes 1 Servings
1/4 cOnions; chopped
2 cn(6 oz) sliced water
1/2 cGreen Pepper; Chopped
1 tsSugar
1 cShredded mozarella cheese
1 pk(10 oz) frozen green peas,
1/2 cCelery; chopped
Optional:
1/4 cReal bacon-bits
1/2 cMayonnaise
8 ozLarge curd cottage cheese

Pams Pea Salad Preparation

Combine ingredients in order listed. Mix until well blended. Cover and refrigerate until well chilled. Serves 6. Note: The "optional" is what I added that Pam did not include with her original recipe. This definitely goes into my keeper file. Theres just about enough for hubby to take in his lunch tomorrow. He ate the majority of what was there....and raved about it. You know, I think this would be good with a couple of fresh tomato wedges added as well.
