echolscom , 3 years agoI used panko also and they all fell off during the cooking proses. Am going to try the seasoned bread crumbs next time. We loved the recipe and will try again. The lemon was a good addition also.

klf62 , 4 years agoGreat recipie - easy & delicious! A favorite in my house - I usually make it once a week. I add a squeeze of lemon juice to the sauce.

cfstorm , 4 years agoThis is a great and easy recipe.I used this recipe when i misplaced skewers that I'd planned to use to grill the scallops.The dish turned out even better than i figured it would. I used a splash of Hennessey instead of white wine for the sauce. Thanks again for posting such an excellent recipe!
Mwu , 5 years agoCooked this for 12 people in my dorm, really awesome. I added the wine with when cooking instead of pouring over and it worked well. Also I added mint leaf for garnish, though I guess that's unnecessary, the color matches pretty well. Thanks!
