Zingy Tomato-Orange Bouillon
| 1 qtLow Sodium Tomato Juice |
| Concentrate -- thawed |
| Undiluted |
| 2 tbLemon juice |
| Vegetarian from HFS |
| 1/4 tsCelery salt |
| dsHot pepper sauce |
| 12 ozFrozen orange juice |
| (10 3/4 oz) each |
| 2 cnLow Sodium "Beef" Broth -- |
Zingy Tomato-Orange Bouillon Preparation
Makes a great appetizer. In large pan, heat tomato juice, bouillon, celery salt and hot pepper sauce. Simmer 10 min. Add orange juice and lemon juice just before serving. Heat, but DO NOT BOIL.
