sliebl , 11 months agoThis was my first attempt at making fish. My husband and I are not fish eaters, but we are moving forward (slowly) to a better lifestyle. This was easy and quick. It tasted great!! We had leftovers, which I absolutely loved it in a sandwich with mayonnaise and tomato!
JoeMaiers , 11 months agoVery good & simple/quick. Might try some herbs next time but my wife says no. The fresh grated Parmesan makes it! Served with steamed acorn squash & au gratin potatoes

Nanaf40 , 1 years agoTerrific! Easy, too.
Makiga , 1 years agoGreat flavor! The family loved it.
brianw101 , 1 years agoI might have used a little too much Parmesan, but it was a little soggy. I might try again and use the broiler the last few minutes.
12chica29 , 1 years agoDelicious and super easy!
chelseyhawkey , 1 years agoDon't use coarse ground cornmeal. Too gritty. Otherwise ok.

sandypiers , 2 years agoThis was yummy and simple to make. It's always nice to have different ways to make fish.
kristinazieroff , 2 years agoJust made this for friends the other night (one who doesn't eat fish) and everyone's plate was licked clean even the non-fish eater. Used garlic salt instead of onion salt but everything the same. Making it again tonight!
wewerebornready , 2 years agoSimple and delicious! When I got home and found out I didn't have cornmeal, I went ahead and made it without, and it was still really good. Can't wait to try it with cornmeal!
Peeb69 , 3 years agoVery quick and easy to make, but really tasty. Will make again.
NomadMan , 3 years agoI made this last night for my wife and me. I had no onion powder, so I sprinkled in a little Mrs.____'s (can't recall the brand). Blah. Also, I got lazy and used cardboard Parm instead of grating some of the good stuff. Mistake. Fish was done perfectly, but I'll use the real ingredients next time!
TwistedMAJOR , 3 years agothis was uber good loved it!!! and super easy
lisacrooke , 3 years agoFast, easy and very tasty. I did not have onion salt on hand so I used Lawrys seasoned salt plus onion powder.
