This was my first attempt at making fish. My husband and I are not fish eaters, but we are moving forward (slowly) to a better lifestyle. This was easy and quick. It tasted great!! We had leftovers, which I absolutely loved it in a sandwich with mayonnaise and tomato!

Very good & simple/quick. Might try some herbs next time but my wife says no. The fresh grated Parmesan makes it! Served with steamed acorn squash & au gratin potatoes
