sliebl ,This was my first attempt at making fish. My husband and I are not fish eaters, but we are moving forward (slowly) to a better lifestyle. This was easy and quick. It tasted great!! We had leftovers, which I absolutely loved it in a sandwich with mayonnaise and tomato!
joemaiers ,Very good & simple/quick. Might try some herbs next time but my wife says no. The fresh grated Parmesan makes it! Served with steamed acorn squash & au gratin potatoes
brianw101 ,I might have used a little too much Parmesan, but it was a little soggy. I might try again and use the broiler the last few minutes.
sandypiers ,This was yummy and simple to make. It's always nice to have different ways to make fish.
kristinazieroff ,Just made this for friends the other night (one who doesn't eat fish) and everyone's plate was licked clean even the non-fish eater. Used garlic salt instead of onion salt but everything the same. Making it again tonight!
wewerebornready ,Simple and delicious! When I got home and found out I didn't have cornmeal, I went ahead and made it without, and it was still really good. Can't wait to try it with cornmeal!
nomadman ,I made this last night for my wife and me. I had no onion powder, so I sprinkled in a little Mrs.____'s (can't recall the brand). Blah. Also, I got lazy and used cardboard Parm instead of grating some of the good stuff. Mistake. Fish was done perfectly, but I'll use the real ingredients next time!
lisacrooke ,Fast, easy and very tasty. I did not have onion salt on hand so I used Lawrys seasoned salt plus onion powder.
gmarymetf ,This is my second go around for this dish. It is easy, delicious, and inexpensive since I bought a lot of cod on sale and froze it. I am sure this will be a regular in my vast repertoire!
mlbattani ,My husbad sait was good and he ate it all. I am not that into fish and I ate all mine.
