trevor2007 ,Very moist. Added oregano to spice mix and placed olives and cherry tomatoes around fish. A do-over.3y
sliebl ,This was my first attempt at making fish. My husband and I are not fish eaters, but we are moving forward (slowly) to a better lifestyle. This was easy and quick. It tasted great!! We had leftovers, which I absolutely loved it in a sandwich with mayonnaise and tomato!10y
joemaiers ,Very good & simple/quick. Might try some herbs next time but my wife says no. The fresh grated Parmesan makes it! Served with steamed acorn squash & au gratin potatoes10y
brianw101 ,I might have used a little too much Parmesan, but it was a little soggy. I might try again and use the broiler the last few minutes.11y
sandypiers ,This was yummy and simple to make. It's always nice to have different ways to make fish.12y
kristinazieroff ,Just made this for friends the other night (one who doesn't eat fish) and everyone's plate was licked clean even the non-fish eater. Used garlic salt instead of onion salt but everything the same. Making it again tonight!12y
bornready1970 ,Simple and delicious! When I got home and found out I didn't have cornmeal, I went ahead and made it without, and it was still really good. Can't wait to try it with cornmeal!12y
