Passover - Cheese Matzoh Souffle Preparation
Greased 9 x 13 inch pan - 350 degree oven. Beat eggs; add milk, cottage cheese, sour cream, juice and rind, sugar, matzohs and fruit. Pour into prepared pan. Bake for 1 hour. Posted to JEWISH-FOOD digest by "Heardy VanOver"
