Original recipe makes 4 Servings
Passover Beef Roll Preparation
Source: The Key Gourmet CD Potato pancake mix. Mix with one egg, 1 cup water, 1 tablespoon matza meal. Mix meat with all ingredients, except pancake mix. mix well together. Roll out 1/2 inch thick. Put potato pancake mix on top. Roll up like jelly roll. Pour remaining tomato sauce over top. Bake at 350oF for 1 hour. Posted to JEWISH-FOOD digest by wajnberg
