1 lbRicotta cheese
1 cHeavy cream
1 lbPasta; (shells, bows etc
1 cspinach; Cooked and chopped
1 smOnion; minced
2 tbSweet butter
1/2 cGrated Parmesan; fresh

Pasta Con Spinaci E Ricotta (Pasta with Spinach and Ricotta Preparation

http://www.foodtv.com/midatl/reclist.htm In a saucepan saute the minced onion in butter. Add the cooked spinach, heavy cream and ricotta. Stir and cook for about 3 minutes.
