Crock Pot Spanish Rice

Original recipe makes 4
| 2 lbGround chuck; or beef |
| 1 mdOnion; chopped |
| 1 Green pepper; chopped |
| 1 28-oz canstewed tomatoes |
| 1 16-oz cantomato sauce |
| 1 1/2 cWater |
| 2 1/2 tsChili powder; (or to taste) |
| 2 tsSeasoned salt; (to taste) |
| 2 tbWorcestershire Sauce |
| 2 cRaw rice; converted |
| 3 Stalkscelery; chopped |
Crock Pot Spanish Rice Preparation
Brown beef in skillet and drain off fat. Put all ingredients in crock pot. Stir thoroughly. Cover and cook on Low 7 to 9 hours or on High 3 hours. Stir in cheese and sprinkle on top (if desired). >From the recipe files of Carole Walberg Posted to MM-Recipes Digest by Tracy Waltermyer
