Original recipe makes 4 Servings
1 smGreen bell pepper, chopped
1/2 tsBasil
3/4 cAlfalfa sprouts
1/2 tsSavoury
salt and pepper; to taste
3/4 lbMarinated artichoke hearts
1/2 cSliced black olives
1 mdCarrot, coarsely grated
1/4 cRed wine vinegar
2 celbow macaroni

Pasta Salad with Artichoke Hearts and Sprouts Preparation

Cook pasta till al dente. Rinse with cool water. Drain & put in mixing bowl. Chop artichokes into bite-sized pieces. Add to pasta. Add sprouts & then the rest of the ingredients. Mix well & allow to stand for 2 hours at room temperature or in the fridge.
