Peach and Berry Kanten Preparation
Arrange fruit in a mold or bowl. Add juice, salt, and Agar-Agar to a sauce pan. Bring to a light boil, then stir occasionallY for 5-8 minutes until Agar-Agar is dissolved. Pour over fruit.
