Crockery Pot Old-Fashioned Vege/beef Soup

| 3 cWater |
| 1 tsSalt |
| 1/2 tsPepper |
| 2 Garlic; minced |
| 1 pkPowdered, instant ? |
| Beef broth |
| 1 mdLeek; washed, chopped |
| 3 Ribscelery; chopped |
| 6 Carrots; peeled, chopped |
| 1 10.5-oz cnCorn; drained or |
| 3 Baking potatoes; peeled, cut |
| 1 lbBoneless beef chuck; or round |
| 1 cnStewed tomatoes; undrained |
Crockery Pot Old-Fashioned Vege/beef Soup Preparation
In a 6-quart electric crockery-cooker, combine all ingredients. Stir to mix well. Cover and cook on low-heat setting 8 to 9 hours, or until meat is tender.
