| 3 Sprigs of fresh thyme |
| 1/4 cDry sour cherries |
| 1/2 tsBlack pepper |
| 1 tsKosher salt |
| 2 cWater |
| 3/4 cDiced onion |
| 1/2 cWild rice |
Wild Rice Pilaf with Dried Fruit Preparation

Combine all the ingredients, except the cherries and currants in a medium size saucepan and cook slowly, covered, over medium heat for about 35 minutes. 2.
