; 2-inch pieces
1 Granny Smith apple; cut into
2 Navel oranges; peeled and
1/4 cFresh orange juice
; pieces
1/2 cApple juice
; sectioned, with
; membranes removed
1/2 cSeedless red grapes; halved
2 Kiwis; peeled and cut into
1/2 tsAlmond extract

Winter Fruit Compote Preparation

Combine orange juice, apple juice and almond extract in a bowl. Stir in gently all the fruit and chill the compote, covered, until ready to serve. Yield: 2 servings Recipe by: COOKING LIVE SHOW #CL9277
