Suggest a better descriptionPlace bulgar in bowl with hot water covering grain. Let sit to drain, getting out as much water as possible. Saute onion in olive oil over medium-high until soft. Add bulgar. Saute 5 minutes. Stirring often. Stir in toasted walnuts, fresh mint and ripe tomato. Toss together well. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground black pepper.
