Original recipe makes 6 servings
1 kgWashed potatoes; halved
1 pkProduce Partners Italian
1/2 cSour cream
1/4 cmilk
3 Spring onions; finely
1 tbMcCormick Bacon Chips
1 Spring onion; sliced
Toasted almond slivers

Warm Potato Salad Preparation

1. Place potatoes in a large saucepan, cover with cold water & boil 20 minutes until tender. 2. While potatoes are boiling, blend packet contents and next four ingredients until well combined. 3. Place drained warm potatoes in a serving bowl and pour over dressing. 4. Garnish with spring onions and toasted almonds. Serve warm. Recipe by: Super Food Ideas (Aussie Magazine)
