1 ozButter
2 tbBeer
8 ozCheddar Cheese; grated
4 thick slicesbread
1 tbWorcestershire Sauce

Welsh Rarebit Preparation

Mix together the cheese, butter, Worcestershire sauce, mustard and beer until it looks like a paste. Spread onto 4 slices of thick bread and grill until melted, bubbling and browned in places.
