| 1 Onion; chopped |
| 1 8-oz packagespaghettini pasta |
| 1/2 cGreen bell pepper; and/or red bell pepper |
| 2 Garlic; minced |
| 1 tbSoy sauce |
| 1/2 cgreen onion; Sliced |
| 2 cBean sprouts |
| 1/4 cHoison sauce |
| 1 cBroth |
| 1/4 tsCurry powder |
Vegetable Lo Mein Preparation
1 Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. 2 Heat oil in a large wok or saute pan. Stir fry mushrooms, carrots, peppers, onion, and garlic until tender. Stir in bean sprouts and green onion; cook one minute. Stir cornstarch into chicken broth, and add to stir fry. Stir in hoison sauce, honey, soy sauce, ginger, cayenne pepper, and curry powder. Cook and stir until thickened and bubbly. 3 Add cooked spaghetti, and toss. Heat through.
