450 gVegetarian mince
1 tbTomato puree
Salt and pepper
1 cloveGarlic; crushed
1 tbolive oil
75 gPortabellini mushrooms;

Vegetarian Stoganoff Preparation

1 Heat the oil in a frying pan. Fry the mince along with the mushrooms and garlic for 2-3 minutes. 2 Dissolve the stock cube in a third of a pint of water and pour over. Mix in the tomato puree and seasoning. Simmer for 8-10 minutes. Stroganoff is best served with rice.
