Tuna Antipasto
Original recipe makes 1 servings

| ; spring water, broken apart |
| 1 Red onion; chopped |
| 2 tbPrepared horseradish; (or to |
| 1/2 cSweet gherkins; sliced into |
| 1 Green bell pepper; seeded |
| 12 ozStarKist Fancy Albacore Tuna |
| 1 cCelery; chopped |
| Juice from one fresh lemon |
| 8 ozPimento stuffed green |
| 10 ozHeinz Chili sauce |
Tuna Antipasto Preparation
Mix together all of the ingredients. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Keeps up to three days refrigerated. Makes about 5 cups. Great as a first course or over greens for a meal. Stuff it in a hollowed yellow tomato for a great lunch.
