| 1 1/4 cSalt; (non iodized is best) |
| 1 gaWater |
| 1/2 tsGinger |
| 3 cApple cider; or juice |
| 1 level tbsaltpeter |
| 1/2 ozMaple flavoring |
| 4 tbBlack pepper |
Turkey Brine Preparation
Hi to all of you who are looking for a turkey marinade or brine. I have been using this one for 4 years now and it has stood the test of time as far as I am concerned. Here are the instructions and ingredients for one turkey.
