Suggest a better descriptionIn a large bowl blend together turkey mixture ingredients with your hands until just combined well. Chill mixture, covered, at least 1 hour (for flavors to develop) and up to 4. Preheat grill pan over moderately-high heat. Form mixture into 4 patties about 3 inches in diameter. Grill buns, cut sides down, about 1 minute, and transfer to a platter. Spray grill with cooking spray and grill patties 4 to 5 minutes on each side, or until just cooked through. Make sandwiches with burgers, buns, lettuce, onion, and tomato. This recipe yields 4 servings. Each serving about 293 calories and 3 grams of fat (9 percent of calories from fat).
