1/2 cCracker Crumbs
1/2 cRomano Cheese; grated
1 cSpaghetti Squash
1 cGreen Noodles
1 cGreen Peppers; & Mushrooms
1 cTomato-Cheese
1 cMushrooms; & Peas
SAUCES
1 cChicken Veloute
1 cMayonnaise
1 cMacroni
TO START
1 cTomatoes; & Mushrooms
1/2 cGruyere Cheese; grated
1 cZucchini; sliced OR Onion, sliced
1/2 lbTurkey; chopped
1/2 cMozzarella Cheese; grated
1/2 lbVeal, ground
1/2 cBread crumbs
2 tbMargarine
1/2 cParmesan Cheese; grated
1/2 lbChicken; chopped
1 cTomato, fresh
1 cSour Cream-Tomato

1 cRice, White or Brown
1/2 cPotato Chips; crushed

1/2 lbSweet Pork Sausage
1/2 lbPork, ground
1/2 lbHam; chopped
1/2 lbBacon; crumbled

Zucchini Varieties Casseroles Preparation
