Two-Apple Salad
Original recipe makes 4 servings
| 1 tbWhite wine vinegar |
| 1/2 tsSugar |
| Fennel Fronds; Optional |
| 1 smFennel Bulbs; Trimmed And |
| 1 tbWater |
| 1/4 tsSalt |
| 2 tbVegetable oil |
| 1/4 cShredded Carrots |
| 1 mdRed Delicious Apples; |
| 1/4 cGreen Onions; Sliced |
| 1 mdGranny Smith Apple; |
Two-Apple Salad Preparation
Combine first 5 ingredients in a medium bowl; toss well, and set aside. Combine water, vinegar, oil, sugar, and salt in a small bowl; stir with a whisk until blended.
