3 pk Trident Udon Noodles
2 tb Soy sauce
8 tb Water
1 ts Sugar
400 g green prawns; Peeled
2 tb Vegetable oil
3 stalks spring onion
2 tb Trident Sesame Oil
100 g Snow peas
1 sm piece ginger; sliced
6 tb Trident Oyster Sauce

Mix ingredients for stir-fry sauce in a saucepan, heat gently. Heat vegetable oil in wok. Stir-fry the prawns and vegetables until cooked.
