3 Tomatoes
1 1/2 ts Sugar
2 Pinches pepper powder
1 c Water
2 Mint leaves; (2 to 3)

Blanch tomatoes in boiling water for 5 minutes. Remove, peel and blend. Strain, cool and chill well Just before serving, put all ingredients in a mixie. Blend well and serve in tall glasses. Making time: 10 minutes (excluding cooling time) Makes: 2 glasses
