3 ozProsciutto; (Italian ham)
Chopped fresh parsley
1 cHeavy cream
3 tbButter
8 ozSpinach tortellini
4 tbromano cheese; Grated
2 Garlic; chopped
8 ozCheese tortellini
1/2 cFresh peas; or frozen

Tortellini with White Sauce Preparation

Melt the butter in a large skillet. Add mushrooms, garlic and prosciutto. sauteFor 2 to 3 minutes. Add peas, cream and cheese. Cook until sauce thickens. Cook tortellini according to package directions. Drain. Add tortellini to sauce. Toss until well coated. Sprinkle with parsley. Serve immediately.
