2 cnPlum tomatoes; chopped
1 tbTomato puree
3 Garlic
1 Onion; finely chopped
8 Toulouse sausages
4 tbBreadcrumbs; fried in olive
3 tbParsley; chopped
2 cnCooked haricot beans;

Toulouse Sausages with Baked Beans Preparation

Melt the butter and fry the onions and tomato puree. Add the next five ingredients and cook for 10-15 minutes. Meanwhile grill the sausages. To serve spoon beans on plate, top with sausages and scatter over the parsley and crumbs. Posted to Digest bread-bakers.v097.n,
