Original recipe makes 1
1/2 apple, Granny Smith; peeled
1/4 tsSalt
1 tbTarragon Vinegar
1/2 tsWhite pepper
1/2 tsAccent
1 16-oz pkslaw; prepared
1/3 cSugar
ADD THE FOLLOWING
1 tsChicken seasoning
1 Stalkcelery; deveined and
1 tbsweet onion; Grated
1 tbLemon juice
1 tbDijon mustard
1 1/2 tsGround celery seed

Trolley Bar Cole Slaw Preparation

* diced medium fine (Dole brand is good) - or one medium head of cabbage diced the same. Add carrot if desired. Dice the packaged slaw before adding anything. Then, combine with wet and dry ingredients. Chill and serve. Posted to bbq-digest by Kit Anderson on May 03, 1999,
