Tropical Fruit Smoothie
Original recipe makes 1 servings
| 1/4 ptOrange juice |
| 1 Banana; sliced |
| Honey |
| Strawberries |
| 1 Mango; diced |
| 1 Papaya; thinly sliced |
| Wheatgerm |
| 1/2 ptGreek yoghurt |
Tropical Fruit Smoothie Preparation
Put the orange juice in a blender with some ice, half the strawberries and the papaya and blend for about 20 seconds. Add a good spoonful of honey, the yoghurt and wheatgerm and blend again for 20 seconds. Add the other fruits and blend in one at a time to maintain the smoothness of your smoothie.
