Original recipe makes 2 servings
| 1 285 g pack Tofu; cubed |
| 1 tbVegetable oil |
| 1 Bottle Fresh Black Bean |
Thai Tofu And Vegetable Stir-Fry with Black Bean Sauce Preparation
Heat the oil in a wok or saucepan. Add the stir-fry vegetables and stir-fry over a high heat for 2 minutes. Add the tofu and stir-fry for 1 minute. Add the sauce and stir-fry for a further minute. Serve immediately. NOTES : Tofu and oriental vegetables in black bean sauce.
