Original recipe makes 4
1 Green pepper; de-seeded and sliced finely
1 tbWhite wine vinegar
GENERAL
1 cloveGarlic; crushed
2 tbfresh chives; Chopped
1 432-g cnchick-peas
1 432-g cnkidney beans
FOR THE DRESSING
1 432-g cnborlotti beans
Lettuce leaves
Salt and pepper
1 smOnion; chopped finely
2 tbolive oil
TO SERVE

Three Bean Salad Preparation

Place the pulses in a bowl with the onion and pepper. Place all the dressing ingredients in a screw top jar, secure the lid and shake well until thoroughly mixed. Pour over the bean mixture and combine well. Line a serving bowl with the lettuce leaves and spoon the salad into the centre.
