3 tblemon juice; fresh, strained
1 lbtofu, firm; cut 1/2" slices
1 pnwhite pepper; freshly-ground
1 tbBalsamic vinegar
1/2 tsfresh rosemary; Minced
1 tsolive oil
2 tbShoyu
1 tbOlive oil; plus

Tofu Baked in a Lemon-Rosemary Marinade Preparation

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place tofu in a baking dish and pour over marinade. Bake 30 minutes or until browned and marinade has been absorbed. This recipe yields 4 servings.
