Tennessee Barbecue Rib Sauce
Original recipe makes 1 servings
| 1 tsOrange zest |
| 1 mdOnion; finely chopped |
| 1 tbLight brown sugar |
| 1 tsWorcestershire Sauce |
| 1 Garlic; minced |
| 1/2 cKetchup |
| 1/8 tsRed pepper flakes |
| 2 tbOrange juice |
| 1/4 cJack Daniel Bourbon |
Tennessee Barbecue Rib Sauce Preparation
Combine all the following ingredients in a saucepan. Bring to a slow boil and simmer for 15 minutes. Use to baste ribs during cooking. NOTES : I got this recipe from a book called Taste of the States. This is enough for about 4-5 pounds of pork ribs. Recipe by: Jody Cline
