1/4 tsGarlic
1 lbSteak; cut thin
2 tsGinger root; grated
7 tbShoyu - soy sauce
1/4 cSugar

Teriyaki - Broiled Meat Preparation

: -- 4" width - 4" - 6" length Make the shoyu sauce with grated ginger root, garlic, sugar and shoyu. Add meat and let stand for 2 hours or more before broiling. Note: May add more seasoning to suit your taste. Posted to MM-Recipes Digest V4 #6 by valerie@nbnet.nb.ca (valerie) on Feb 08, 1999
