Original recipe makes 4 Servings
TERIYAKI GLAZE
8 Pork loin chops
1/4 cSoy sauce
2 tbCornstarch; dissolved in 2
1 smOnion; chopped
2 tbWater
1 Green onion, chopped
1/4 cSugar
2 tsVegetable oil
1/8 tsBlack pepper
1 tsSalt
1/4 cPineapple juice from slices
2 Garlic; minced

Teriyaki Pork Chops Preparation

Place each pork loin slice on its cut surface and flatten with heel of hand to 1/2" thickness. Combine salt, and pepper; sprinkle evenly over pork slices. Heat oil in large, heavy non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Add pork and distribute onions and garlic around meat. Cook slowly 5 minutes; turn and cook slowly 4-5 minutes more. In a small saucepan, combine teriyaki glaze ingredients and pour over pork slices. Simmer a couple minutes, and remove. Top with green onions and serve.
