|16 ozHominy; canned|
|2 tbCumin powder|
|1/4 cJalapeno; seeded and chopped|
|32 ozBlackeyed peas; canned|
|2 tbBlack pepper; coarsely|
|1 cFresh tomato; chopped|
|1/2 cCilantro; finely chopped|
|16 ozPicante sauce; medium or hot|
Texas Caviar Preparation
