| 2 lbChicken wings; disjointed | |
| 2 tsTurmeric | |
| 1 cnCoconut milk; (2 cups) | |
| LIME SAUCE | |
| 1 cThai; fresh; chopped | |
| 2 tbCilantro; chopped | |
| 1 cOnion; red; chopped | |
| 1 cLime juice; freshly squeezed | |
| 2 tsThai dried chile; crushed | |
| 1/2 cWater | |
| 1 tsSalt | |
| 1 tbFish sauce | |
| 2 tsGalanga; (Ka, Laos) fresh or dried | |
| 2 tbPalm sugar; or light brown, sugar | |
| 1 tbCoarse salt | |
| 1 mdOnion; coarsely chopped |
Thai Bbq Chicken Wings Preparation
Take all ingredients, except the wings, and ground into a paste with the consistency of thin yogurt. A food processor may be used for this. Place in a ceramic or glass bowl and combine with the chicken wings, tossing to coat. Refrigerate overnight. Shake off excess coating and place over hot coals and cook, trying not to burn.
