1 tbCardamon pods
1 Orange; sliced
Fresh mint leaves
Greek yoghurt
1 tsGround ginger
1 tbDark brown sugar
Icing sugar to serve
25 gButter; melted

Sweet Naan Bread Preparation

Preheat oven to 220c/425f/Gas 7. 1 Grind the dark brown sugar, cardamom pods and ginger in a coffee grinder or pestle and mortar. Mix the spices with the melted butter. 2 Slice each naan bread into 1 1/2cm wide strips. Place on a baking sheet and drizzle over the butter. Bake in the oven for 2-3 minutes until warmed through. 3 To serve, pile the naan bread onto each serving plate. Dust with icing sugar and decorate with slices of oranges, a spoonful of greek yoghurt and fresh mint.
