Taffy Apple Cheesecake Preparation
In a large bowl, stir cream cheese with a spoon until soft. Add dry pudding mix, dry milk powder, and apple juice. Mix well using a wire whisk. Blend in Cool Whip Lite and caramel syrup. Gently stir in apples and 2 tablespoons peanuts. Spread mixture into piecrust. Evenly sprinkle remaining 2 tablespoons peanuts over top. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Cut into 8 servings. Serves 8
