"Great salad! My husband, who isn't a big veggie person, absolutely loves it. I cut the dressing amount in half because it can be a little much. Also, instead of raisins, I use dried cranberries, especially for fall and winter holiday dinners. Overall, wonderful! "- tmlagorio

To make dressing, combine mayonnaise, vinegar, mustard and honey. Add raisins and let stand for at least 30 minutes. The flavors blend even better if allowed to stand, refrigerated, overnight. Just before serving, combine salad ingredients; toss with dressing, so that dressing lightly coats broccoli, saving any extra dressing for another use. 1Chefarmiller 1 year agoI made this today and it turned out great. I omitted the onion and added 1/4 of sugar to the dressing. Great way to use up all the fresh broccoli in our garden.
