Suggest a better descriptionIn a bowl, mix together the pork, Chinese leaves, spring onion and soy sauce. Season with salt and pepper and leave to marinate for 30 minutes. Peel off the wonton wrappers and brush the edges with a little beaten egg. Place a little of the pork mixture in the centre of each. Fold the wrappers in half, pushing the filling into the centre and pushing out any trapped air. Seal the edges well. Place a damp tea towel in the base of a steamer and place the wontons on top. Steam for 10-15 minutes, turning half way through cooking and brush with sesame oil.
