| 1 Fresh chilli; finely sliced (optional) |
| 2 tbVegetable oil |
| 1 tsSugar |
| 1 Red pepper; sliced |
| SAUCE |
| 1 tbDry sherry |
| 1 smRed onion; sliced |
| 1 bnSpring onions; cut into 1" lengths |
| 1 cloveGarlic; crushed |
| 2 tbPrepared Chinese black bean sauce |
| 1 tsCornflour |
| 1 300g pkQuorn pieces |
| 8 tbWater |
Stir-Fried Quorn with Chinese Blackbeans And Spring Onion Preparation
Heat the oil in a large wok or frying pan over high heat. Add the red onion, and pepper and stir fry for 1 minute. Now add the garlic, chilli and Quorn pieces and cook for a further 3-4 minutes until the Quorn pieces have taken a light golden colour. Add the spring onions and cook for 1 minute more.
