Saute strawberry slices in butter with the sugar. Glaze with Vin Santo wine and place in a stemmed glass. In a bowl combine all ingredients for the Zabaione. Place bowl over simmering water and whisk ingredients until frothy and shinny. Be careful not to scramble the yolks. Pour Zabaione over strawberries and serve immediately.
