2 ptStrawberry ice cream
12 ozfresh strawberries; Sliced
1 cWhipped cream
18 ozFrozen strawberries in syrup
6 Wholestrawberries; fanned, ? removed
6 Biscuits; (raw - any dough will work)
2 tbGranulated sugar

Strawberry Ice Cream Short Cake Preparation

Lay biscuits out on a sheet pan. Sprinkle with granulated sugar. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven until golden brown. Remove from oven and cool. When cool split with fork and lay out flat. Add generous scoop of ice cream, 3 oz. frozen strawberries, 2 oz.sliced fresh strawberries. Add a dollop of whipped cream. Top with strawberry fan. ENJOY!
