1 tb1% Low-Fat Milk
1 cBlackberries
SprigsMint; Optional
1/2 cFat-Free Cream Cheese; Tub
2 tbPowdered sugar
4 tsAlmonds; Sliced, Roasted
1/4 tsAlmond extract
1/2 Cantaloupe; Peeled

Sliced Cantaloupe And Blackberries with Almond Cream Preparation

Combine first 4 ingredients in a small bowl, and beat at high speed of a mixer until smooth. Arrange cantaloupe slices, 1/4 cup blackberries, and 2 tablespoons cream cheese mixture on each of 4 dessert plates.
