| 1 Punnet of white mushrooms |
| 50 mlVegetable oil |
| A few drops of tabasco |
| 1 Red pepper cut into strips |
| 25 mlSyryp |
| 125 gSmoked salmon sliced into |
| 35 mlPeanut butter |
| 125 White grape vinegar |
| 5 mlSesame sauce |
| 12 mlCurry powder |
| Mixed lettuces |
| 1 Punet of red cherry tomatoes |
| 60 mlBrown sugar |
| DRESSING |
| 50 mlSoya sauce |
| 1/2 Cucumber cot into stipes |
Smoked Salmon Salad Preparation
