| 2 1/2 ozRadishes; cut into fine |
| 1/4 ptSet yoghurt; drained |
| ; cut into fine |
| 2 tsFresh or creamed horseradish |
| 1 tbDill; finely cut |
| 1/2 Cucumber; cut with a canelle |
| ; strips |
| 3 tbWhipped cream |
| Seeded |
| GARNISH |
| ; cut into fine |
| 2 1/2 ozSmoked trout; skinned and |
| ; strips |
| ; knife, finely |
| ; sliced into rounds, |
| 4 tsSalmon caviar |
| 2 1/2 ozCucumber; peeled and seeded, |
| Salt and pepper |
| 4 Sprigs dill |
Smoked Trout with Radish And Cucumber Relish Preparation
Mix the first 7 ingredients together and season well. Arrange the cucumber slices in the centre of 4 plates. Place a pastry cutter in the centre of each, fill with the mix, then lift the cutter away vertically. Garnish with the dill and caviar. Serve immediately. DISCLAIMER?
