Sesame Udang Toast (Sesame Prans on Toast)
Ingredients
Original recipe makes 1 servings
| Black pepper |
| 1/2 tbFish sauce |
| 1 tbFlour |
| 1 tbOyster sauce |
| 1 mdSlice white bread |
| Garlic pepper |
| Oil for deep frying |
| 150 gPrawns |
| 1 tbWhite wine |
| 1/2 tsSugar |
| Sesame seeds |
Sesame Udang Toast (Sesame Prans on Toast) Preparation
Grind all the ingredients except the oil and bread into a paste. Remove the crusts from the bread (optional).
