CSABAI sausage; (pronounced
1 Stick celery
1 cWhite wine
Beans - cannellini; kidney,
1 Lemon; (juice)
1 Leek
Tiny pasta
1 tbTomato paste

1 lgCarrot
2 cChicken or veg stock
1 Red onion

Shelleys Veronese Minestrone Preparation

Fry leek, onion, celery, carrot, parsely in olive oil for 10 minutes. Add stock, water and wine. Add beans and pasta and tomato paste. Cool all this until vegs are cooked. Grill pieces of CSABAI sausage and take skin off. Put soup in bowls, put sausage on top and grate some parmesan on top of that. Truly delicious.
